Gallie's List

Our alliance uses a specific but simple system to manage the flow of Cultural Treaties and Friend Requests. The main purpose of Gallie's List is to keep our circular message system free of CT request clutter. With an alliance as big as ours, clutter is inevitable and eventually members get tired of opening ciruclar messages.

Here is how it goes:

One member from the alliance is appointed as our Cultural Officer, currently our Cultural Lady, Gallie. Hence Gallie's List.
Gallie regularly posts a list of all members looking for cultural treaties and friend requests. She takes her own time to assemble this list and maintain it on a daily basis which FEW members would be willing to do.

The only thing you have to do is look at her list and message the people looking for CTs or friend requests.
If you want your name added to the list, all you need to do is message Gallie with the number of CTs/friend requests that you need and she will add you name in her next post.(It is highly recommended you message the members currently on the list, it will get you what you need faster)

Gallie maintains the list by flushing it every Friday, meaning she deletes all the names on the list EVERY FRIDAY. This is done to keep the names fresh and up to date. If your name is removed and you still want your name to be on the list, message Gallie with what you need and she will put you back on.

Every time somebody sends a message to Gallie to add their name to her list, they are put at the TOP of the list. The names at the top are the members who most recently requested CTs/friend requests. As names are added, the names below move down the list. If you want your name to be put back at the top before the list is flushed again, just message Gallie that you would like to Re-New your request and she will put you back up at the top.

EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF THE ALLIANCE MUST FOLLOW GALLIE'S LIST.

The only members who are ALLOWED to post CT/Friend Requests are
A) Gallie
B) Members under 20 000 Total Score

Why are members under 20 000 TS allowed to post?
Simply because they urgently need the extra satisfaction. If you are bigger than 20K TS, you do not immediately need the satisfaction. You should have high enough Taverns to be able to support a sudden drop of satisfaction(example, troop recruitment).
