Play Styles
As a whole, we are made up of every kind of play style you can imagine. Instead of focusing on a specific type of player, we prefer to hold all styles of gameplay.
If you are ever looking to change your play style, the information will always be there for you.
Guides/Techniques
All updates are analyzed by a volunteer group of members. The information gathered is stored and posted for all members to see. This allows all members access to the most up-to-date information that concerns any Ikariam changes.
Guides to Military and Naval strategies are available for members. Troop and Ship combination is crucial to having an effective force and we have the experience to know what works.
Guides to building techniques are also available for member use, we have members who have been playing since the start of .com and they have the knowledge it takes to effectively build your towns.
Defense
All members are here for each other. We consider members as brothers and sisters of the Ikariam world. Sure this is just a game, but being part of our ranks means that you will be cared for as much as you care for your alliance mates.
We are all here to help each other, this is what it comes to.
If you are attacked by a player for no legitimate reason, we will go to war to protect your name. However, we encourage 1 vs. 1 fights whether our member or a foreign player is in the wrong. It is more intense that way and learning self-defense and offense really kicks it into high gear when facing only one opponent.
Trade/CTs/Friend Slots
Trade offers are constantly posted in Circular messages. If you ever need resources, you will surely find a trade partner in a small amount of time in GHS. Big or small, trading is a very active part of the alliance.
Cultural Treaties(CTs) always seems like a big problem in other alliances, but in GHS, we have an outstanding amount. We have a dedicated individual to create a list of all needy members which works excellently. All you must do is look at the last CT List post and find a name that you don't already have a CT with. The list is ALWAYS long.
Friend Slots are also handled by our Cultural Officer. All you need to do is look at the list or supply your name with the amount of slots you need filled. They will fill in a short amount of time.
